Seven XLB flavours is a genuinely difficult decision — especially for first-time visitors who haven't had all of them before. The Sampler exists to solve that problem. Our kitchen curates a selection from the current line-up, giving you exposure to multiple flavour profiles across one basket.
The exact combination changes based on availability and seasonality, but always includes our Classic Pork XLB as the benchmark alongside 2–3 variations. It's the most efficient way to understand the full range of what we make — and the best way to identify which flavours you'll be ordering on every future visit.

Start with the Classic Pork XLB first — use it to calibrate your palate and establish the baseline flavour before trying variations.
Work from lightest to boldest: Chicken → Classic Pork → Shrimp variation → Szechuan. This order prevents the spice from overwhelming the subtle flavours.
Use a fresh ceramic spoon for each dumpling and sip the broth of each before eating — the broths vary more than the fillings do.
